OVERVIEW

The Global Health Course has been offered for UC students and residents since 1994.  It is part of every family medicine resident's training in our program.  It is also offered as a separate course to UC medical, nursing, pharmacy, and other allied health professions students.   The TCH/UC R1 Course (ON THIS PAGE) is designed for the R1s and integrated into their October rotation, laying a foundation for the residency global health curriculum, and preparing R1s for a trip experience later in the year (in November, February).  The UC Student GH Course (SEE ALTERNATE PAGE HERE) is designed for the many students from other UC colleges and outside institutions who participate, to integrate with our annual trip experiences.  For more information on the Courses, contact Dr. Collins (collindu@ucmail.uc.edu) or one of the other Global Health faculty.

Most live sessions take place in The Christ Hospital Medical Office Building, Suite 340 Residency Office conference room, Suite 235 FMC conference room, or in The Christ Hospital Nippert Education Center conference rooms (Hospital A-level, near the cafeteria).  See the above Calendar for the location of each session.
