Welcome To Derm

Welcome to the dermatology rotation. 

During this rotation you will work at a private (or two private) Dermatologist office and at the VA Dermatology Clinic supervised by Dr. Brian Adams. Dermatology complaints are very common in the outpatient office and this month can go a long way to improve your comfort in diagnosis and treatment of common complaints. To meet your goals for the month requires not only working with the dermatologist, but also significant outside reading. Below is an excellent overivew of the Skin exam along with a list of resources on the right sidebar. Please be sure to review the goals and objectives for the month along with reviewing the procedure curriculum for those procedures you are expected to obtain during this month.

Schedule

**Melanoma Know More is scheduled on the second Saturday of the month from 10 am-noon. The schedule with location is located on the right sidebar. The resident will work directly with a dermatologist to learn screening for skin cancer. Please email Leanne Blair (leanne@melanomaknowmore.com) if you have questions on where to report.**
