There is a free base component and then additional content for around $50/year.  Includes useful information for anxiety.  Focus is on mindfulness and stress reduction.  In terms of visuals, probably one of the better looking apps out there.  Uses a model of “7 days of XYZ” so can be used to give a patient homework to complete a 7 day course on an assigned topic.  The pay version also has a lot of sleep resources for patients with insomnia including sounds and adult bedtime stories.   A great app to explore mindfulness, if cost is not an issue, and anxiety symptoms predominate.
