OBJECTIVES:

1. Describe how to explore the rationale and feasibility of starting an NGO (non-profit organization), particularly one based in a Low Income Country.

2. Describe how to structure, and how to sustain funding and leadership of an international NGO using sound financial and ethical principles, with cultural humility..

3. Describe how to evaluate the effectiveness of an NGO.
