It Help! Some instructions on common problems

1. Wireless: How to get set-up with the TCH-BYOD

   • Select TCH-BYOD from Wireless list

   • Login using the same login as you use for Epic.

2. In order to log onto Citrix on your personal computer (Mac and Windows):

   • Download Citrix Receiver:

     • Mac: https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/mac/workspace-app-for-mac-latest.html

     • PC: https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/windows/workspace-app-for-windows-latest.html

   • Close and reopen your browser

   • Go to: https://myapps.thechristhospital.com

     • Note for Mac Users: Although Citrix works in Safari, the screen will be inside of the browser reducing the screen space. Consider using Chrome instead.

Epic Haiku and Canto Instructions

For the iPhone download Epic Haiku and the iPad download Canto. The setup instructions will be the same for both.

• Access settings (Open Settings on your iphone or ipad, scroll down to Haiku or to Canto) after downloading the app

• Make sure HTTPS: is turned to ON

• Server: soapproxyprod.thechristhospital.com

• Path: haiku

• Then log on with your citrix username and password.
